Non-Dairy cream

The Shufflemixer is very well capable to aerate Non-Dairy (vegetable) creams. Very high overruns (>400%) can be achieved. The aerated product is very stable and of constant quality. Since the Shufflemixer is a high efficient aerator there is no need for extra cooling. 

Instant vegetable cream

Add the liquid to the Shufflemixer storage tank and push the start button. And you get instant Non-dairy cream. A continuous flow of perfect aerated cream. Connect to your depositor or attach a piping bag hose for decoration.  

If additives are required, like sugar, gelatine or a stabiliser, Shuffle-Mix offers various solutions.
