(Sponge) cake & Swiss roll

The Shufflemixer can aerate various types of cake batters. Examples are layer cake, swiss roll or round cakes. First the ingredients needs to be pre-mixed. Shuffle-Mix can supply different type of very efficient pre-mixers. After pre-mixing the batter can be transferred to the Shufflemixer storage tank. The Shufflemixer will produce a continuous flow of aerated batter with constant quality.
