About SHUFFLE-MIX

SHUFFLE-MIX was founded by Kees van de Manden. Kees had years of experience in the food industry in terms of aeration processes.

After this years of machinery experiments in this area designed and built, he discovered a new way of airflow based on the typical old idea of the churning of milk, which one with some disk on a shaft in the SS tub and moves the shaft up and down. The various disks (shuffles) series on an axis placing one abtains an eddy behind the holes so the air is readily transferred into the liquid and mix shows.This creates much less heat and a much more flexible and efficient procces.
